SciVerse Scopus, the largest multidisciplinary abstract and citation database of scientific literature published by Elsevier, is licensed for the University of Zurich since January 1, 2012.

SciVerse Scopus content covers approx. 19'500 journals, including Open Access journals, from more than 5'000 international publishers as well as conference proceedings, book series, scientific web sources and patents.
Tools and specific features:
- Author Identifier to automatically match an author's published research (incl. h-index)
- Citation Tracker to simply find, check and track citations in real-time
- Affiliation Identifier to automatically identify and match an organization with all its research output
