OpenAIRE

OpenAIRE2020 (3rd-Generation Open Access Infrastructure for Research in Europe) is a project funded by Horizon 2020. It  will significantly expand in several directions the outcomes of the OpenAIRE and OpenAIREplus projects (2009-2014).

  • Aim of OpenAIRE is to collect, manage and make accessible peer-reviewed articles funded by FP7 and H2020. Open Access in Horizon 2020
  • With OpenAIRE2020 the underlying datasets instead of only the final publications are collected, indexed and linked. OpenAIRE2020 thereby actively supports the Open Research Data Pilot dof the European Commission to foster Open Science.

The Main Library University of Zurich is one of 50 project partners in OpenAIRE2020 from all over Europe.
